We had decided on an apartment in Turkey but were worried about buying abroad . our priority was location, so we visited all the popular resorts and literally stumbled on Mahmutlar in Alanya it was just what we were looking for, coastal, quiet and yet and not to far from lively Alanya . next step and another worry ,find a good estate agent . we found European Real Estate through the internet and were soon put at ease by kev , claire, and Yasar .They did'nt push us . When we finally decided on our apartment they helped us with everything from start to finish even down to helping us with the furniture . Their after sales service was excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them even six months after the sale ,kev claire& yasar took all the worries about buying in Turkey away..

We were looking to invest in property abroad, we went on numerous trips to spain but coundnt find anything that was giving us value for money, a friend of ours recentley bought property in alanya turkey and said why dont we go and check it out for ourselves he reccomended European real estate, from the first time we met kev clare & yasar they made us feel very welcome, they showed us the variious property they had for sale, we eventually settled for an apartment which we were amazed at how cheap it was compared to what we had seen in spain, we are now looking to upgrade to a villa and really lookin forward to seeing the new project.
